Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, manage, and maintain all client/caregiver schedules using ClearCare scheduling software

Consult with management to ensure schedules are appropriate to meet client needs

Review caregiver skill set, availability, preferences, and geographic information to appropriately match caregivers with existing and new clients

Adjust schedules as needed when changes in clients’ conditions warrant increases or decreases in service or changes to regular schedules. Document all changes as needed

Triage phone calls, communicating with office staff and caregiving staff to ensure client needs are met

Notify management of quality assurance issues promptly

Conduct caregiver performance reviews uphold company policy, and conflict resolution

Must be available to work on-call hours and some weekends

Other duties as assigned
