Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative
Glass Doctor® is a fast-growing tech company that values personal and team growth. They are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative who can effectively interact with customers, gather detailed information, prepare service bids, and follow up with clients.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete sales orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications
Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and personality
Basic computer skills are necessary
Must be able to type 40-50 WPM
Ability to multitask
Feel comfortable on a phone
Preferred
Some sales experience preferred but not necessary
