Responsibilities
Provide excellent shopper and seller experiences through friendly and thorough communication and helpfulness
Manage hanging and running of bins of apparel product, maintaining full, shoppable and organized racks, and marking down product
Lead the team through your example of productivity, efficiency, and friendly customer service
Cover shifts as necessary in the event of call-outs
Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
Running a boutique with passion and drive
Qualification

Restaurant or retail experience
Ability to pay attention to detail
Learn quickly about the products we sell
Work efficiently to process the incoming merchandise
Experience in a similarly fast-paced environment
Friendly, outgoing personality
Love to plan, organize, and prioritize to get daily duties and other projects completed quickly
Excellent customer and seller communication skills
Ability to evaluate and appraise incoming product
Ability to assist with monthly markdowns, daily rack maintenance, and seasonal set changes
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Willingness to work hard and keep the store organized and shoppable
Availability to work Saturdays
Preferred
Knowledge about children's products, styles and fashions
Bilingual English/Spanish
