Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks
Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Experience managing technical programs and projects
Hands-on experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence systems
Qualification
Required
16+ years in progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environment
16+ years managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for entire project lifecycle

Information Technology Experience
5+ years JIRA/Confluence experience
Experience implementing software application development and large infrastructure enhancements for public sector entity
Experience as a Solution Architect on Oracle eBusiness Suite projects for Public Sector entity (State, Local and Federal)
