Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System is a growing company in the kitchen remodeling industry, seeking dedicated team members to enhance their mission of completing extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects. The Home Remodeling Sales Specialist will manage lead flow and client projects, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up while conducting the sales process professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end
Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients
Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up in-home sales process (training is provided)
Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed
Track and maintain notes in our CRM software
Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional
Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process
Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events
