They are seeking a Personal Trainer to help them live healthier and increase their fitness levels through playful exercise sessions at home, two to three times a week.
Responsibilities
Help clients live and eat healthier
Increase strength and fitness level by training with clients two to three times per week
Use FUN exercise games during training sessions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification
GREAT sense of humor
Use a playful approach to fitness (i.e. love to play fitness 'games')
First aid and CPR-certified
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred
