Responsibilities
Ensuring & Enforcing Candee Skin Policies
Optimize profits by controlling costs
Hire, Train and Develop new Employees
Resolve customer issues
Manage & maintain Candee Skin Culture
Provide Leadership and direction to all employees
Ensure Product quality and availability
Prepare and present Employee Reviews
Work closely with the store owner to lead staff
Oversee retail inventory
Assist customers whenever necessary
Organize employee schedule
Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed
Take disciplinary action when necessary
Ensure a consistent standard of customer service
Motivate employees
Install & maintain a merchandise and visual plan
Maintain store(s) to standards, including stocking and cleaning
Complete tasks assigned by the owner, accurately and efficiently
Supporting store operations as needed
Qualification
Required
High school or equivalent education level
Stable work history
Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development
Have the ability to work autonomously when required
Be a team player
Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
Experience as an assistant store manager or with retail store management
