Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues efficiently and empathetically
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and track shipments
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service processes
Stay updated on products, promotions, and company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude under pressure
Basic computer skills and comfort with learning new systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
