Insurance Sales Representative
Hazen Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, educating potential clients on various insurance policies, and providing exceptional customer service to help clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation. Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and support. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process policy changes
Explain different types of insurance policies and coverage options to clients, helping them understand the benefits and costs associated with each option
Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine clients’ insurance requirements and financial goals. Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs
Achieve and exceed sales targets through a combination of prospecting, networking, and cross-selling insurance products
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors. Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and sales techniques
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policies sold. Prepare regular sales reports for management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable
Must hold a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one prior to starting in the role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about helping clients protect their assets and achieve their financial goals
Preferred
Experience in customer service or sales is also beneficial
