Raven Ridge is looking for a driven and experienced Agency Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, including sales, marketing, sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. The recruiter will build relationships with clients and candidates while utilizing various resources and tools for successful recruitment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

Break in to new companies with cold marketing efforts

Re-establish client relationships that have become inactive

Leverage access to paid resources and AI tools for sales and recruiting

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, etc.)

Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills and experience

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions

Participate in daily team calls to share best practices and contribute to overall success

Required

Proven track record of success in an agency setting, including full-desk experience (sales, marketing, and recruiting). This is a role for a Senior Recruiter who knows what to do and how to do it

Solid experience in technical recruiting is essential. Experience with engineering and/or IT roles is a big plus!

Strong business acumen and the ability to project confidence

A self-directed mentality with a strong work ethic and a passion for results

The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates
