Radiance Marketing is a Marketing, Sales, and Brand Development firm located in Midtown Manhattan, seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join their team as Customer Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and standard office software
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people
Preferred
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
