Responsibilities
Evaluates the work area's air quality
Cleaning and sanitizing residential duct systems with minimal supervision
Cleaning structures using equipment and supplies to remove soot, water, mold and other damage
Troubleshooting and resolving/repairing equipment to keep it running properly
System tests after each service
Accurate documentation of work performed
Prompt and clear invoice creation and explanation to customer
Respect given to our customers' property and ensure meticulous clean up after each service
Qualification
Required
Duct cleaning experience or mechanically inclined
Ability to communicate each service completed
Ability to describe offers and additional services
Evaluate the work area's air quality
Clean and sanitize residential duct systems with minimal supervision
Clean structures using equipment and supplies to remove soot, water, mold and other damage
Troubleshoot and resolve/repair equipment to keep it running properly
Conduct system tests after each service
Accurate documentation of work performed

Mechanically apt and adaptable to various on-site conditions
Available to work evenings and weekends when needed
Possess a personable confidence and a strong desire to serve
Clean, neat appearance

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Undergo a thorough background check
