They are seeking a Membership Sales Manager responsible for supervising and evaluating Membership Advisors, achieving new membership quotas, and implementing marketing plans while ensuring quality customer service. Responsibilities

Daily staff supervision and management of sales and marketing functions
Supervision and evaluation of the Membership Advisors while achieving own new membership quota
Implementing the annual marketing plans
Ensuring the quality of prospecting, presentations, and member orientation and ongoing customer service
Accuracy in daily and monthly reporting and adherence to budgets
Integral role on the Center’s management team with Manager on Duty responsibilities

Qualification

Sales management experienceCustomer service backgroundFitness industry experienceMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelCPRAED Certified’s degreePassion for fitnessPerformance goal achievement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or health related field
Minimum of three years of industry experience in sales
Preferably two years of sales management experience within a fitness center or related business
Hands-on experience in fitness, rehabilitation or personal training
Demonstrated experience with establishing and surpassing performance goals
Customer service background
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
CPR and AED Certified

Preferred

Previous sales experience
Personal passion for fitness and improving the lives of others
