Responsibilities

Lead and manage mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects

Perform on-site inspections, develop scopes of work, and create estimates using Xactimate

Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet company and industry standards (IICRC)

Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors

Ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
