Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Quality team in reducing NC reduction/closures
Conduct regular quality assurance audits
Support and update supplier notifications
Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures
Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in quality and efficiency
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement solutions
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Develop and implement supplier quality control processes and procedures to maintain product quality and reliability
Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding quality issues
Provide training and support to production staff to maintain and improve product quality
Participate in the development of new products to ensure they meet quality standards from the start
Provide quality-related support to cross-functional teams, including procurement and engineering, to resolve supplier quality issues
Qualification
Required
