Responsibilities
Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Complete work orders and document via mobile app
Conduct property inspections with management
Handle after-hours emergency calls when needed
Preventative maintenance: lights, drains, roofs, filters, plumbing checks
Maintain vacant spaces and prepare for new tenants
Track supply orders and maintain accurate records
Work closely with property managers and tenants
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance
Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Strong troubleshooting ability
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Good communication and teamwork
