Qualification
Required
Experience in Residential and Commercial Construction
Knowledge of framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile and masonry
Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
Have a valid S.S #
Reliable Transportation
Overtime when necessary
Clean valid Driver's License
Min 5 year's experience
Working knowledge and ability to safely operate shop tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to speak professionally with clients
Able to identify and troubleshoot various issues
Able to run projects with minimal supervision
