They are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA O2C Functional Consultant to support the Order-to-Cash workstream in a global S/4HANA migration initiative, ensuring alignment with a global template and successful end-to-end process testing and adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with workstream leads to support adoption of the S/4HANA global template
Analyze and document O2C process requirements; recommend best practice solutions
Focus on pricing, postings, and API-driven integrations with platforms like Salesforce, WMS, and TMS
Support eCommerce integration issues (order creation, updates, pricing, order history sync)
Drive testing strategy, support execution, UAT, and defect resolution
Guide users through ECC vs. S/4 field mapping and support data migration tasks
Assist with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with the Data Team
Collaborate across functional, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
Provide strategic advice and ensure process alignment with U.S. business needs
Deliver post-go-live support and address defects or enhancements

Required

8+ years of SAP SD/O2C experience with strong knowledge of SAP ECC & S/4HANA
Expertise in pricing, postings, order management, and related integrations
Hands-on experience with API integrations and working with non-SAP platforms
Proven experience in global rollout projects and S/4HANA template adoption
Strong testing support skills (UAT, business simulations, test defect documentation)
Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) for issue tracking
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills
