Responsibilities
Check-in examinees and verify their identification prior to the start of the exam
Set up testing stations and distribute exam materials in accordance with testing procedures
Enforce testing rules and regulations to maintain exam integrity and security
Monitor examinees during the exam to prevent cheating or unauthorized behavior
Respond promptly to any issues or concerns raised by examinees during the testing session
Collect and securely store completed exam materials at the conclusion of the test
Maintain accurate records of exam sessions, including attendance and any incidents that occur
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and responding to inquiries from test-takers
Ensure that testing equipment and facilities are clean and in good working condition
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with computer-based testing software is a plus
