Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Experience filing insurance claims for residential buildings
Job File Coordination-daily monitoring of job file status, and clients/insurance needs
Job File Documentation-review & validate documentation that is turned in from the field
Writing estimates for insurance & non-insurance jobs
Job File Billing & Reporting-review & complete job file documentation for billing & job close out

Qualification

Required

At least 5 years of experience in construction administration or related field
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing conditions
Experience filing insurance claims for residential buildings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Xactimate, Verisk, CoreLogic
Experience working with insurance adjusters, and building owners
Job File Coordination-daily monitoring of job file status, and clients/insurance needs
Job File Documentation-review & validate documentation that is turned in from the field
Writing estimates for insurance & non-insurance jobs
Job File Billing & Reporting-review & complete job file documentation for billing & job close out
Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Xactimate, Verisk, CoreLogic, MICA
