Experience in Residential and Commercial Construction
Knowledge of framing, trim, kitchen cabinets, insulation, sheetrock, taping, painting, tile
Speak English (Bilingual a plus)
Have a valid S.S #
Reliable Transportation
Overtime when necessary
Clean valid Drivers License
2 years experience
Working knowledge and ability to safely operate tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to speak professionally with clients
Able to identify and troubleshoot various issues
Ability to work independently as well as work with other crew members
Ability to troubleshoot all aspects of various projects
