Responsibilities

Build High and low-level design documents as per customer-specific requirements on both Bare metal and virtualized environments

Complex Projects Management where multi-BG interdependencies and communication is required

Standard HW deployment Services for Baremetal / Virtual Infrastructure. Review Customer Site and Network Integration Survey (CSNIS) Document, Create customer Method of Procedure (MOP), configuration parameters, and Acceptance

Test Plan (ATP) documents by reviewing installation procedures, Customer requirements and CSNIS document per the agreed schedule. Execute and validate the MOP and ATP

Installation/Upgrade on Baremetal / Virtual Infrastructure. Analyze the Software Upgrade Requirement. Work with Solution Architecture / R&D to understand the requirement, if needed

Analyze compatibility of released software upgrades concerning the current solution and feature set and prepare a summary report

Review and update Software upgrade MOP following official instructions released. Ensure it meets the Customer environment requirements

Update the acceptance test plan (ATP) for the software upgrade. Execute and validate the upgrade MOP and ATP

Integration of network Elements / Probes. Verify the operation of the product through the execution of sanity tests to ensure proper operation of the system per the agreed schedule. Execute the acceptance test according to ATP per the agreed schedule

Customize Acceptance Testing Preparation, Execution, Customer Signoff, and Post Deployment Support. Validation of KPIs using CCT reports and the data from the Data. Build CCT reports as per requirement given by Architects

System fine-tuning, bug fixing & patch implementation

Post Deployment Observation/Production Support

Project Lab Support for production patch deployments
