The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing a team, and driving sales through various strategies while cultivating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Your focus will be on improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales

You will also lead the Marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs

There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience)
