The role involves engaging with young children aged 2-8, following an age-appropriate curriculum to provide fun and structured soccer classes that promote character development.

Responsibilities
Connect with young children and bring each 30–40 minute session to life
Follow the age-appropriate curriculum provided by Soccer Shots
Manage a group of up to 10+ kids during sessions
Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and team members
Travel up to 25 miles for coaching sessions
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Availability for at least 2–3 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
Enthusiasm for soccer and early childhood education (no professional playing experience required!)
Preferred
Experience in coaching, babysitting, childcare, education, or camp counseling
