Proactively identify and approach prospective customers in assigned neighborhoods, introducing Verizon's Fios, 5G and wireless products and services
Understand each customer's unique requirements and recommend tailored solutions that meet their communication and connectivity needs
Stay informed about Verizon's latest offerings, industry trends, and competitive advantages through ongoing training sessions
Effectively close sales while building lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Complete all required compliance training to maintain adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Provide outstanding post-sale support, assisting customers with any product setup, troubleshooting, or inquiries
Qualification
Required
Self-Motivated: A results-driven attitude with a desire to meet and exceed personal and team goals
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability for meeting scheduled appointments and performance targets
Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned neighborhoods
Technology Skills: Comfortable using technology to process sales, demonstrate products, and assist customers with their inquiries
Preferred
