Responsibilities

Previous experience leading Facility Improvements and Capital Planning in Factory Environment

Assures safety implementation on projects plan

Leads meetings, workshops and any other type of tools for understanding business needs from all stakeholders involved

Defines technical and resources requirements for implementation

Prepares CapEx project proposals including goals, technical scope, time frame, budget, project team, regulatory permits and endorsements, general contract management, preliminary risk assessment, start up and commissioning requirements

Prepare and maintain master project plan with User Requirement Specifications based on inputs from Site teams

Develop Risk assessment and keep actions tracking

Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery

Task/resource planning and management

Elaborate Preliminary plan for execution of projects and scope of work delivery

Develop technical SOW at Idea level for all projects identified
