Responsibilities
Lead cross functional and cross organization teams to drive quality improvement
Lead local quality engineers toward improvement targets and quality performance
Drive corrective actions toward systemic resolutions and full closure
Develop and deliver stakeholder communications in PowerPoint
Schedule and hold periodic quality meetings and conferences with customers and stakeholders
Actively participate in periodic quality meetings and conferences
Track and report quality performance metrics to management
Ensure quality processes are followed
Travel to customer sites and work on any issues related to assignment
Work in a professional manner without direct guidance or direction from others
Qualification
Required
BE, Btech with 4 to 7 years
