Required

1+ year of experience with Epic Community Connect – Professional Billing & Claims
Strong knowledge of Epic Charge Router
Experience with ServiceNow
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Epic Resolute Professional Billing
Epic PB Claims

Preferred

Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench and Dashboards
Knowledge of RHC and/or FQHC billing
Anesthesia or Hospital Billing experience
