The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, focus on membership and retail sales, and maintain a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Book appointments in person or by phone
Outbound calling to book appointments for new leads
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Qualification

Customer service experienceRetail sales experienceMultitasking abilityAttention to detailMindBody Software experience

Required

1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work at least 1 weekend day and some evenings

Preferred

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
