Has proven success in sales, ideally in restoration, construction, or insurance claims
Thrives on converting warm leads into signed jobs while building long-term referral relationships
Is highly self-motivated and organized, comfortable managing their own schedule and pipeline
Understands the value of CRM tracking and clear documentation to keep the team aligned
