Responsibilities
Increase membership sales and retail sales
Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience
Book appointments in person, phone or text
Represent the salon and improve overall sales
Contribute to group operations, such as inventory
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Attend monthly employee meeting/training
Qualification
Required
1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Open availability beyond August
Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
Preferred
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!
Experience with Lash Extensions are a plus!
