They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to improve sales, lead marketing activities, and coach team members while ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Your focus will be on improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales

You will also lead the Marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs

There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience)

Qualification

Required

Strong sales background in the beauty industry, preferably membership & retail sales

Solid experience in marketing and social media management

Outstanding customer service and accountability

Strong attention to detail

Ability to provide positive professional coaching to fellow employees, and maintain a positive work environment

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with software services such as Mindbody online, Messenger.AI, Leads Management System, Social Media Management software, Excel, Outlook, etc
