Staffing Assistant
TheKey is a company dedicated to providing comprehensive, concierge-based care for clients aging at home. The Staffing Assistant will support the Staffing team in service delivery, client relationship management, and caregiver recruitment and retention efforts.

Support the overall efforts of the Staffing team
Ensure HCA’s consistent and high-quality operations
Manage the accuracy of caregiver records
Direct management of the office’s caregiver team
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Computer proficiency and ability to document timely and accurately in system
Excellent phone etiquette
Preferred
One year of experience in health care, elder care, social work or related industry
Bilingual English/Spanish
