They are seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst responsible for analyzing financial data related to manufacturing operations, developing financial reports, and supporting the manufacturing team with cost analysis and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

Analyze and present financial results to site leadership, with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare cost reports and variance reports

Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, investigating and reporting on any variances

Support and analyze financial and operational data for the manufacturing team to enable informed decision-making

Maintain and update cost accounting systems, records, and reports

Conduct standard cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives, including collaboration with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation

Support/complete month-end and year-end close processes
