Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance front-end systems, APIs, and databases that support the business’s web and mobile applications
Help foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
Collaborate with back-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features and services
Architect scalable, secure, and efficient server-side solutions that meet fintech industry standards and handle high transaction volumes
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including code reviews and automated testing frameworks
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in back-end development, blockchain, and fintech to recommend innovative improvements
Qualification
Required
7+ year of relevant experience
Strong experience building mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android
Hands-on experience working on complex features like dynamic forms, push notifications, deep linking, media upload, offline support, etc
Strong knowledge of React Native internals and practical awareness of Android/iOS platform behaviors, bugs, and quirks
Ability to debug performance issues using Flipper, Xcode, Android Studio
Familiarity with Crashlytics, performance monitoring, and agile workflows
Own code quality and best practices modularity, code reuse, maintainability, and debugging across native boundaries
Experience shopping apps to Play Store and App Store
Experience integrating with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs
Strong and clear communication skills
Take responsibility and ownership of work
Work well in a team environment
Preferred
Any experience in financial markets or brokerages or crypto or mortgage
