Responsibilities
Own the preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory filings (CFTC and NFA) and regulatory capital reports for FalconX Bravo
Perform daily balance sheet and bank reconciliations to ensure data integrity, audit-readiness, and accurate financial reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and assist in preparing materials for regulatory examinations
Manage the full lifecycle of finance functions, including Accounts Payable, expense reporting, and vendor management
Identify opportunities to enhance internal controls and shorten the close process; build robust in-house capabilities for a scaling regulated entity
Qualification
Required
Experience with Broker-Dealer or Swap Dealer regulatory reporting (specifically CFTC/NFA requirements) is the most critical technical skill for this role
3-5 years of Accounting/Finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
Self-motivated and 'scrappy.' You must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to build structure rather than just follow it
Preferred
CPA, CFA, or advanced degree
Prior experience in a financial services firm, start up or in the digital assets industry
