Responsibilities
Prepare clear, accurate working plans and detailed drawings based on engineer input
Use AutoCAD and Revit to produce construction documents following established CAD/BIM standards
Assist in maintaining and improving drafting standards, quality, and consistency
Support engineers during field visits, as needed, to gather design information
Coordinate with internal and external clients to issue deliverables, respond to project-related questions, and assist with basic project management tasks
Participate in construction administration, including drawing reviews and responses to RFIs
Collect information and assist with reports, correspondence, and documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in construction drafting (structural experience preferred)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Competent in Microsoft Office and standard office software
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and problem-solve
Degree not required - equivalent experience is welcome
