Senior Management Analyst
Cherokee Federal is a division of tribally owned federal contracting companies focused on serving the government’s mission. The Senior Management Analyst will support defense agencies by managing high-volume data, coordinating staff actions, and assisting senior leaders with briefings and reports.

Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize multiple taskings from higher headquarters
Oversee and support project management (PM) activities in operational environments
Provide daily operational support to a Project Office
Coordinate staff actions across the organization to ensure unity of effort
Track, manage, and respond to suspense actions from higher HQ
Track and monitor internal actions and directives
Coordinate and manage major briefing events (e.g., Quarterly Program Reviews)
Maintain and report personnel training and certifications per regulatory guidance
Capture, compile, and disseminate critical program data
Implement and manage process improvements within the organization
Organize and manage shared file environments and data systems
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
US Citizen
Master's Degree or Equivalent
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA) Certification or Equivalent
Minimum of 20 years in program management
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Extensive background in planning, developing, integrating, and executing major research, engineering, and technology development programs for defense agencies
Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Skilled in preparing executive-level briefings and data presentations for senior DoD and Army leaders
Experienced in file management and collaborative data environments (e.g., SharePoint)
Knowledgeable in government contracting, budgeting, cost analysis, and logistics
Effective in milestone tracking, schedule coordination, and execution follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Holds active Secret security clearance
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
