Technical Program Manager, Release
Waymo is an autonomous driving technology company focused on building the Waymo Driver to improve mobility access. The Technical Program Manager, Release will ensure the execution of the roadmap by managing release tasks, facilitating issue resolution, and continuously improving processes for efficient releases.

Ensure release tasks are followed and on track
Communicate and facilitate resolution of potential issues as we become aware of them
Continuously improve processes to ensure more efficient releases
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience with managing software releases
2+ years of experience managing technical projects
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working within the context of Software Development Lifecycle
Good understanding of system architecture and design principles
Quality Assurance, validating quality of software
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze source code for understanding system behavior and requirements
Preferred
Technical Program Management experience
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflows
Expertise in computer programming
Understanding and ability to perform as a Release Engineer
