Senior Growth Manager
Sage is seeking a dynamic Senior Growth Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, revenue planning, and partner enablement for their Sage Intacct Value-Added Reseller channel. This role will drive focused execution and strengthen collaboration with top VAR partners, directly impacting market share expansion and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
Lead GTM strategy for the Intacct VAR channel, aligning initiatives with Sage Intacct’s ICP and growth goals
Own revenue planning and forecasting, partnering with Commercial Ops, Finance, and Channel Sales to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and drive timely course corrections
Develop ICP-driven growth frameworks to help VARs target, acquire, and expand high-fit accounts
Design and deliver scalable enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity
Collaborate cross-functionally to remove execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, sales plays, and product positioning
Advise leadership on planning, territory strategy, partner health, and business development initiatives
Drive process and tool improvements to enhance forecasting, decision-making, and partner accountability
Represent the VAR channel in leadership reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in Channel GTM Strategy, Product Marketing, Partner Enablement, Revenue Ops, or Sales Ops, ideally in SaaS or ERP
Proven success growing revenue through VAR partnerships and aligning channel efforts to an ICP
Strong understanding of mid-market buyers, Sage Intacct's market, and channel growth levers
Experience in pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and QBR frameworks
Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels
Analytical mindset to turn data into actionable growth strategies
