Responsibilities
Act as the single-entry point for all NPE requests from project/product delivery teams
Validate requests for completeness (scope, approvals, dependencies, timing)
Provide effort/usage/cost estimates to stakeholders before committing resources
Categorize and route requests to the right owner (Environment Manager, Change Manager, Incident Manager)
Maintain dashboards/reports on request pipeline, SLA status, and upcoming allocations
Proactively communicate request progress, blockers, and approvals to requestors
Work with Environment Manager for demand forecasting and scheduling feasibility
Align with Incident Manager on access/service requests
Qualification
Required
4-6 years in Release, Service Request, or Environment Coordination roles
Experience to create jira dashboard/different metrics
Familiarity with non-production environments and SDLC lifecycle
Strong experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy)
Ability to assess usage patterns and indicative cost implications of NPE requests
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting delivery teams
Preferred
Telecommunication experience
Understanding of E2E flow or architecture
If they have testing background or experience, that will help to understand E2E flow
