Start in 2026 SummerThe NRP Group LLC is a recognized leader in multifamily development and property management, offering a summer internship opportunity within their Property Management Team. Interns will gain hands-on experience in either on-site operations or office support, working closely with leaders in the industry while engaging in various special projects.

Responsibilities
Work on-site on NRP properties to learn about Leasing and Maintenance operations
Work in-office with the Operations team to gain exposure to compliance and support the on-site teams
Engage in Lunch & Learn sessions with various departments
Participate in structured professional development sessions
Be paired with an NRP Buddy / Peer Mentor
Join organized activities both in and out of the office to connect with other NRP team members
Gain exposure to senior leadership throughout the internship
Opportunity to volunteer and give back in the community
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate or graduate-level degree in related field conferred by June 2027
Must be able to commit to 40 hours/week for the duration of the 10-week summer internship: June 2, 2025, through August 8, 2025
