Growth Strategist
HappyRobot is an AI-native operating system for the real economy, aiming to enhance enterprise operations through specialized AI workers. The Growth Strategist will focus on scaling the go-to-market strategy and accelerating customer acquisition by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own operations for the growth team including lead tracking, campaign ROI, etc
Execute and analyze growth experiments across channels
Optimize lead-generation strategies to reach target stakeholders
Drive discovery of new verticals
Iterate on branding and messaging
Build sales enablement material for the sales team
Collaborate with the product team to share updates and documentation with our customers
Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
0-1 years of experience in early stage startups, working in marketing, with enterprise customers, or similar
You are adept at crafting long-term commercial strategies, especially in dynamic, competitive markets
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes
Extreme ownership, extreme organization
Self-starter who thrives with high autonomy
Basic copy and design skills
Strategic commercial thinking
High sense of urgency and gets things done

Basic technical knowledge & skills
Analytical mindset; experience working with data to inform decisions
Experience with SEO
Experience with Salesforce
Knowledge on lead tracking including multi-touch attribution
