Office Manager

WISC-TV is seeking a diligent and organized Office Manager to support daily media operations across multiple stations. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing accounts and billing, handling various administrative and operational tasks, and ensuring smooth business functions.

Broadcasting

Responsibilities

Process billing and collections and prepare various sales reports
Manage company vehicles’ upkeep and documentation
Handle office operations including ordering supplies, handling mail, scheduling maintenance vendor services, filing and record retention
Provide receptionist support, respond to vendor and customer inquiries, notarize documents
Maintain certain personnel records and manage employee timecards

Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience in Excel and Word and General Business Software
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial and administrative tasks accurately
Comfortable handling of a variety of operational duties, including light maintenance and facility care
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and reporting requirements

Preferred

Experience with billing and collections preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to manage company vehicles a plus
