Start in 2026 SummerHNTB Corporation is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions, and they are seeking a Contracts and Procurement intern for Summer 2026. The intern will work with Deputy Project Managers to develop Request for Proposal documents and assist in reviewing public works construction procurement documents and engineering specifications.

Responsibilities
Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments
Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams
Assists management in analyzing various data
Works on special projects and provides research as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Preferred
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Law, Supply Chain or related programs
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
