Responsibilities
Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices
Solve complex problems; take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
Identify applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to complex problems
Work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business
Gain experience working directly with clients
Be empowered to deliver the boldest solutions for everyday living leading functional teams or projects
Serve as a best practice/quality resource
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer License (PE) in California
At least 8+ years of experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects
Strong Autocad/Civil 3d/MicroStation/Inroads and Openroads background
Strong analytical and time management skills
Preferred
Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
