Design secure, performant pipelines for getting data from on-prem lab systems and scientific instruments into AWS with speed, reliability, and governance
Support Linux-based compute workflows, HPC-style workloads, distributed pipelines, and containerized environments used by scientific engineering teams
Automate everything you touch using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and modern orchestration
Own enterprise networking across routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, and hybrid cloud connectivity
Build resilient multi-path connectivity and dual-internet redundancy to keep scientific operations and business systems online
Evolve our Azure/Entra hybrid identity environment—including Conditional Access, authentication policies, lifecycle management, and directory sync
Improve endpoint security and compliance through Intune policies, zero-trust principles, and scalable device management
Partner tightly with InfoSec on cloud governance, IAM guardrails, data protection, and service-to-service authentication standards
Work side-by-side with R&D engineers, data scientists, and application teams to ensure infrastructure accelerates—not limits—their work
Build observability into everything: CloudWatch, Grafana, telemetry pipelines, and predictive alerting
Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks that engineers actually enjoy reading
