They are seeking an experienced backend engineer to build the infrastructure necessary for scaling their engineering organization and developing their AI-native social engineering defense platform.

Responsibilities
Build out the infrastructure required to rapidly scale up our engineering organization
Built a scalable data platform with a robust DBT transformation layer, enabling customers, engineers, and analysts to reliably model and query large-scale event data, track key product metrics, and power customer facing analytics
Launched a flexible notification system, delivering timely, reliable alerts across Slack, email, and other channels for internal and customer-facing use cases
Standardized core service patterns and shared business logic (auth, persistence, messaging), scaling them into reusable services that reduce duplication, ensure consistency, and enable product engineers to move faster as the company grows
Qualification
Required
Experience as a backend engineer
Ability to build scalable systems
Experience with data platforms and DBT transformation layers
Experience in delivering notification systems across multiple channels
Knowledge of core service patterns and shared business logic (auth, persistence, messaging)
Ability to standardize services and reduce duplication
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a mission-driven culture with low ego and high ownership
