Zachry Group is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator I who will be primarily responsible for managing and controlling required documents for the Quality Department. This role involves ensuring that documentation is reviewed, compiled, and saved in the appropriate databases, as well as performing ITP and ITR GAP Analysis.

Responsibilities

Understand the QA/QC inspection process - QMP and related QA/QC documentation requirements such as ITPs, ITR’s, Procedures

Coordinate with craft and planners in the generation and assembly of turnover packages

Review of signed-off QA/QC forms for completeness and accuracy of the information and ensure all required signatures have been captured

Ensure the electronic version of all required documentation is compiled and saved in the appropriate drive folders and databases

Audit hardcopy documentation and electronic files

Monitor and keep updated on the progress of systems and subsystems

Prepare reports on the status of turnover systems

Ensure Subcontractor's ITRS meet or exceed Exxon A-Check Sheet (ITRS)

Craft competencies in any of the crafts

Demonstrated Industrial Construction experience
