Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of legacy mainframe applications to modern Java and front-end (Angular/ReactJS) platforms

Architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable Java applications with integrated front-end solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, fostering skill growth and best practices

Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Communicate project status, technical concepts, and complex issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Oversee resolution of day-to-day production issues and manage change requests efficiently

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables

Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution

Document migration strategies, technical solutions, and process improvements

Required

Strong hands-on experience in Java development (Spring Boot, REST APIs, etc.)

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences

Proven ability to work with clients and internal teams to resolve production issues and manage change requests

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
